Is KNIME provide node for linear programming with constraints that bundled in a node?

Unfortunately, I do not think such a node or extension exists right now.
The best resource to check if something exists in KNIME is our Community Hub. Here you can search for all nodes that exist for KNIME, drag them into your AP straight from the browser, and also find a lot of example workflows built by our community.
