SQL Lite : Invalid Settings - Database File Path

Hi all,

I am a beginner to KNIME and I am going through some exercises on the L1 Data Scientist Training module. I am struggling with this elementary problem of connecting to an SQLite DB. Even the solution workflow (as shared on the KNIME hub) doesn’t seem to work.

The following error message shows up
“failed to apply settings : Database File Path : failed to apply settings:
Database file path knime://My-KNIME-Hub/Users/XXX/Private/L1-DS-Learning/data/WebActivity.sqlite can not be resolved”

This is what I am doing - all the workflows and data are being run from the KNIME Hub. Perhaps I am committing some elementary error. Would be great if the experts on this forum can help

Hi @karthikbalajips and welcome to the forum.

Since SQLite is a file-based database, I suspect it’s only going to work if you download the exercise workflows to your local machine and execute them there.

Thanks Scott. It works well when I download it to my system and followed the same steps
