It collects deleted workflows and data/files. You can list, restore and purge these deleted objects via
View -> Other… -> Server Recycle Bin
on the Analytics Platform connected to the KNIME server.
There is also a workflow to delete these objects, it is in the Examples folder of a new server installation or get it on the KNIME hub:
It wouldn’t harm your KNIME server installation if you delete the folders contents while the server is not running.
The other folder seems AWS-specific and doesn’t belong to the KNIME server installation.
