Start a WF with batchfile on server side to read an oracle-db

My problem (Knime is closed when I ran a batch file):

Batch file executed on my local machine:
The workflow runs (including internet access), reads an Oracle.DB table, and exits without errors.

The WF runs on a test server when I start it directly over the GUI without errors.

Batch file running on my test server (without internet access):
I get an error 4. When I start Knime and click on my WF, I get a message (under the node):
Oracle Connector - “Status has changed from IDLE to CONFIGURED”.

Does anyone have any idea if this could be the problem (without having to change to business hub… straight away)?
