strange behavior of submatcher and submatcher counter

I find this strange behavior ...in past i used some smart substrucutre matcher filter in a loop. when i run now i find the error :

ERROR Substructure Matcher Execute failed: CMF saver: Internal error: Value 27.909157 is outsize of [-17.291700, 17.291700]

 

for example this smart

[!F;!Cl;!Br;!I:1]c1[cH1][cH1]c([!F;!Cl;!Br;!I:4])c([*;R:3])c1[*;R:2]

but if i use instead of submatcher only the counter with no uniqueness this work fine...

is there any bug in submatcher or other reason?

Could you attach the source molecule or molecules? Or could you export workflow with all the data loaded?
