I do not have Knime server licence.
I have model and receiving streaming data through web service URL.
but ı want to run model every 5 minutes with streaming (on-line) data and produce model out put.
can you show me a way or give me solution ?

Sure. There is no node for this. You can call KNIME workflow in a batch mode. See here: https://www.knime.com/faq#q12
So for example use Windows Scheduler to schedule it.
