Good evening guys, how are you ?

I need your help to carry out this table change, I tried using the unpivot and pivot nodes but I was unable to achieve the expected result, I would like to understand with you if it would be possible.

I colored the columns to make it easier to understand how to return.

Iā€™m not sure how the output should look like. But I created this wf table_creation_manipulation_v2.knwf (89.7 KB)

The output is one-table. But with a little slice and dice you can create it into any format you like.
