Tableau Integration Extension nodes not visible despite installation

I have installed Knime version 4.5 along with the latest Tableau integration. Please refer the attached screenshots, that show

1. current Knime Tableau integration installed (uninstall for Tableau integration disabled) and
2. Tableau nodes are not visible in the repository or Tableau doesnt show under Preferences

Hello @diwanjim,

try starting KNIME with -clean parameter.
