Sorry but I don't quite understand. Are you looking to read some sort of file with a ".table" extension into KNIME? If so, can you tell us a bit more about this source of your data?
If it is plain text, then there is a good chance you will be able to read it in with the File Reader or Read Lines nodes. There are other options as will in the IO section that are appropriate for other kinds of data files.

To read the "*.table" files use the "Table Reader" node from the IO section of KNIME.
