The jobs disappear from the workflow page

Hi,

Is there any configuration related to when the jobs list is cleared?

When I run a workflow in the hub, immediately after I can see the job and I’m able to inspect the execution, after some time (I don’t know the pattern) the list is cleared.

Is this behavior related to configuration? How can I keep all executions in the ad-hoc jobs in case is needed for audit purposes?

Hi @MafaldaBernardo,

one a job ran sucessfully, it is removed from the queue. It only remains upon errors. Though, there is teh execution history of each workflow. Check this post from @marvin_kickuth which describes the details perfectly:

I’m familiar with the Workflows Job Monitoring, but that is not exactly what I’m looking for.

On my Hub, even the unsuccessful jobs disappear from the workflow, as an example, I’ve run this workflow today more than 4 times, all had errors and I can only see this:

I thought it might be related to versions, but it is not the case.
