When I use my data in the workflow it appears the error.
But when excuting the example data It is right.
You did not specify the error, but I bet the node produced an empty table. This means that none of the features passed the FDR filter. Either make the filter less strict (e.g. 0.05 or 0.1) and double check that you are comparing the right conditions.
