Please need help to identify all the similar address with different variation

Address variation
XX Union Sq E Frnt 4C New York NY 10003-3314
XX Union Sq E New York NY 10003
XXX E 38th St Fl 19 New York NY 10016-2708
XXX E 38th St New York NY 10016-2708

1st and 2nd address is Similar only 4C and ‘-3314’ is different.
3rd and 4th address is similar ‘Fl 19’ is different.

Please share me a workflow to identify 1000 address like above examples
