Hi,
First you need to turn your column into a Row ID with the RowID node, then you can use the Table Transposer node to turn them into columns.

Interesting solution @AlexanderFillbrunn. It could be added as an example to the brochure “From Excel to KNIME” demonstrating KNIME replacement for Excel special Paste case with transpose.
