Two component reaction: generate product names based on reactant names

Hi,

As far as I can tell it is currently not possible to name two component reaction products based on a combination of the names of the reactants (e.g. amine_x_acid_y, or using vendor catalogue numbers of the reactants). I feel this would be a good enhancement, e.g. by allowing to pick a column for each file with reactants to be used for product naming.

Hi,

thanks for reaching out to us with that idea. We will think about this and discuss it internally later this year when we will talk about updates and new features. I cannot promise anything, though. I do not have time to look closer into it right now, but wouldn't a metanode do the trick for you, in which you just combine a few of existing KNIME nodes to generate that product name?
