Two-step clustering analysis

Hello to everyone,

I would like to know whether we can conduct two-step clustering analysis on knime ? It is essential to upload extensions in order to do two-step clustering analysis ?

In KNIME, I would suggest to update KNIME with the distance matrix package which allows generating distance matrices given various distance metrics. Distance Calculate is the node to generate the similarity matrix and for example an Hierarchical Clustering, Assigner and Viewer can be applied afterwards for interactive model exploration. In additon, the k-means, k-medoids, fuzzy c-means, and SOTA might provide additional clustering possibilities.
