Unable to download

Hi, I wanted to install KNIME Analytics Platform. I have tried different browsers, networks and still have been able to download the installer from the download page. The download button keeps spinning and nothing happening.

Is there any other ways to install it?

this error with download is protect page button action download.

where capture network in browser return status page 403

me too. Can not download it. Unfortunately, other download locations like github etc. all pointing to the same download netpage.

I get the same 403, but the downloads work fine for me regardless. I’ll still report it to the website team.

There may be a couple issues - either they are using an incompatible browser (likely Firefox in incognito) or are unable to access HubSpot. Either way they can use this link for the next 24hrs as a temporary workaround: Download KNIME Analytics Platform | KNIME

About browser version is used Google Chrome version 138.0.7204.101

I’m also unable to download the KNIME Analytics Platform. After clicking the “Download” button, the page shows a spinning loader indefinitely and no file is retrieved.

Troubleshooting steps I’ve tried so far:

Tested in multiple browsers, including Chrome, Edge, and Firefox
Ensured I was logged into my KNIME account (in Chrome)
Cleared cache and cookies in all browsers
Attempted both standard and private/incognito modes
Rebooted my system and reattempted the download

Despite these efforts, the issue persists. I would expect this to be a straightforward process, so any support or alternative download options would be greatly appreciated.

Issue resolved. I reached out to internal teams at my organization and they found out that a KNIME installation API had been flagged for suspicious activity and categorized under malware risk, resulting in its inclusion on the blocklist.

I found the issue. As for my part, my local DNS provider block the download page. I need to bypass by manually setting my computer DNS to Cloudfare (or any other public DNS server).
