When I try to install the extensions of email processing, it shows an error of dependency conflict. I am using ver 5.6. How is it to be resolved

based on your two screenshots, you need to run an update of the conflicting features first to 5.7 – I assume it is the KNIME Analytics Platform is needed in 5.7 from the Email Processing extension, but 5.6.1 is currently installed (if you make the window larger, I think the Details will show more lines?).
I would recommend to update all installed extensions to 5.7 (those that have an update available anyway) and then you should be able to install the Email Processing in version 5.7.
This happens since the Standard release is a “rolling release” whose update site at .../latest gets updated with new versions of the extensions frequently. So installing a newer extension into an “older state” will happen in these conflicts that get solved by updating.
