unable to install JfreeChart

 I have downloaded elbow curve workflow, but am getting this error in JFreeChart scatter plot..I am unable to install it as well, any advice

I am using knime 3.3.1

Placeholder node for missing "Scatter Plot (JFreeChart)".

Node "Scatter Plot (JFreeChart)" not available from extension "KNIME JFreeChart" (provided by "KNIME GmbH, Konstanz, Germany"; plugin "org.knime.ext.jfreechart" is not installed

did you already try to install the JFreeChart nodes?
