Unable to Install Tableau Extension

KNIME: 3.7.1
MacOsX: 10.14 (18A391)

Hey,

trying to install the tableau extension I get the following errors:

An error occurred while installing the items

session context was:(profile=KNIMEProfile, phase=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.engine.phases.Install, operand=null --&gt; [R]org.knime.ext.tableau.hyper.bin.macosx.x86_64 2018.2.2.v201811271814, action=org.knime.product.p2.actions.ExtractTarGz).

How can i fix that? Thanks a lot!

Hi there!

I assume you are installing it from within KNIME? File --> Install KNIME Extensions… ?
Do you have problem with installing other extensions? Have you also tried installing this extension from a local zip file?

Hi Ivan,

yes, I used the KNIME -> File -> Install KNIME Extensions method. Other Packages install fine, I only get the error when I try the tableau extension.

I am sorry you are encountering this issue, can you please try installing the tableau extension into a freshly downloaded installation of KNIME Analytics Platform?
