update KNIME 5.3

I don’t know why I can’t update to 5.3. This is the error.

Cannot complete the install because of a conflicting dependency. Hi @huynhduc,

Could you pleae also select KNIME Analytics Platform to update, which is the second option in your screenshot. You need to update the product to update the other features.

Hi @k10shetty1 ,

It doesn’t allow me to do that. However, I think that because I am using KNIME under administrator which is controlled by my company. So that, I can’t update it.

In that case you would normally shown access denied error. Can you share the log file generated when trying to update the KNIME AP?
