I think you have not recorded the path of the extension addresses correctly

It seem you have installed KNIME Analytics Platform as administrator but now you are running it as a normal user. You don’t have write access to the installation folder hence you get these errors when you try to update. Instead start AP as administrator and perform the update from there.
