Updating Error

I keep getting error messages when trying to update.

Hi @joseidom,

you are trying to update the Metadata-Hub Extension – KNIME Community Hub, which has been written in Python. It seems like that folder is somehow locked during you update process.

Could you try the following?

  1. Close KNIME Analytics Platform
  2. Manually delete the folder C:\Program Files\KNIME\bundling\envs\graudata_mdh_extension
  3. Start KNIME again - ignore possible error messages related to this extension
  4. Update the extension
  5. Restart KNIME Analytics Platform
  6. Check whether issue is resolved

Please tell me whether it worked.
