Upgrade problems beyond v2.10.4

Hi. I haven't been able to update Knime past v2.10.4. I have tried in the past using "KNIME Full 2.11.2 Installer (64bit).exe" and today I tried to upgrade from within Knime to v2.11.3 and I allways get this error

I'm running it on a Win8.1 64bit machine. If I revert back to "KNIME Full 2.10.4 Installer (64bit).exe" it works fine. Any ideas on how to fix this? Is there a native library missing? Do I need a newer JNA?

Thanks for yor help

Cat

Hi Cat,

sorry for the late response, did you manage to install 2.11?

For some systems, you need to make a new installation as there were some bigger changes.

Best, Iris
