We use the KNIME Analytics platform for the microscopy image analysis. Since we have a lot of images that have to go through the same analysis, we create analysis pipelines using Group Loop Start and Loop End (check the example pipeline in the attachments). For the single-cell segmentation purpose, we take advantage of the ImageJ Macro node with the code for Watershed and Gaussian Blur. Usually running the pipeline on a Mac does not bring any issues, however, when we would like to run the same pipeline on a Windows computer, the loop stops and user intervention is required to confirm the settings of the ImageJ Macro node (the settings are already described in the macro code). Does anyone have an idea why it happens? We use the KNIME version 5.1.0 (19 July, 2023).
