Version 4.2.0 of the RDKit nodes released

Dear all,

I’m happy to announce that we’ve (finally) released a new version of the RDKit nodes for KNIME: v4.2.0. This version is available for KNIME v4.2 and v4.3

A partial list of things that are new in this release:

  • The version of the RDKit backend has been bumped to 2020.09.1
  • There are now RDKit renderers for SMILES, SDF, MOL, and SMARTS available for cells
  • The version of the opsin library used has been bumped to 2.5.0
  • Performance improvements, particularly for the diversity picker

As always, we’ve done some testing of the new release (as have people who have been using the nightly builds of the RDKnit nodes), but I’m sure there will still be problems… please let us know if you find any. :slight_smile:
