Visualation of a Standard Deviation as a Bowl in 3D-Plot

Hello,

i have to place a bowl in size of a 3-Sigma Standard Deviation in a 3D-Plot but dont know how to go about this problem. I hadn´t find a Node wich can build a bowl with a spezific Radian and a midpoint. The Data has to visualised in a 3D-Scatter-Plot.

Hi, thx for this hint. But i dont have any anticipation what R is and how i can use it... :( I thought, that it maybe is possible to do it with a matlab Plot, but i read that there has to run a server to connect, or?
