I would like to ask about the possibility of building volcano plots directly on knime.
I couldn’t find any information about it.

What exactly are you asking for?
A volcano plot is just a type of scatter plot.
If you have the data for the 2 axes, you can plot one using any of the appropriate nodes.
If you don’t have the data, then you first process it appropriately, and then plot the scatterplot.

Yes, you are right. I can use scatter plot node.
Probably the hardest part (I’m still a novice user) will be setting up the calculations for p-value and log2foldchange.
Depending on your goal,
you also have the option to use R or python for plotting images
