I have a workflow that consists of a DB reader going to a column filter. After the column filter I want the workflow to paused for 2 min and then continue to String Manipulation node so I want to use the Wait… node in-between. I’m able to connect the Wait to String Manipulation with a red line but I can’t seem to connect the Column Filter to the Wait… How do I do that?

You may connect the wait node both to the predecessor node and the successor node by using the red dots. This is to transfer flow variables to other nodes outside the normal flow.
When clicking on a node select “Show Flow Variable Ports” and connect them:
Output predessor node → input wait
Output wait → Input successor node
