WAREHOUSE BOXES - RULE FOR REPLACE

Hello everyone,
I need to set up a workflow where, reading from an Excel warehouse file, I have a series of homogeneous products categorized by CATEGORY, PRODUCT, and SIZE. Some products are assigned to customers while others are free and therefore assignable. I need a rule that will alert me when, under the same conditions of:

CATEGORY
PRODUCT
SIZE

there is fresher merchandise already assigned that can be replaced with older merchandise.

I am able to prepare the part of cleaning the Excel file, but I am unable to create the rule.

Can you also draft your expected output to confirm and better understand what you are looking for?

If I look at the file it appears that you want to replace FREE with CUST-01 because that’s the last known customer for CAT1,Product/A,050CM?
