Webinar: Moving into the Frequency Domain with the Fourier Transform - March 17, 2022

Join @Maarit and @Corey for the webinar ‘Moving into the Frequency Domain with the Fourier Transform’ as they will introduce the theory behind the Fourier Transform and demonstrate how to build a classification model in the Frequency Domain with no code.

Data preprocessing is an important part of data science, even more so when dealing with time series. Signal processing, and the Fourier Transform, move your time series in frequency domain, where some events are easier to detect. Learn how to apply the Fourier Transform to build a classification solution on top of IoT Time Series data. In this webinar, we will introduce the theory behind the Fourier Transform and demonstrate how to build a classification model in the Frequency Domain without writing code.

Hello, where can we find the knime workflow and presentation used in the Zoom call please?

Hi all,
Thanks for attending the Webinar earlier today. Was great to see so many of you!

Here are the slides, the workflow, as well as some additional resources. I’ll add the YouTube link of the recording here as well once it’s available.

Thank you very much for Maarit and Corey. Very good information about FT, binning…and their applications.
