Hello. I understand from KNIME site that KNIME Labs is just a preview of what will be incorporated into KNIME in the future. In particular, Text Processing relies entirely on Labs. Then my question is: when can we consider those functionalities stable, or official?

In the particular case of Text Processing you can already rely on them now that they will be supported in the future. Our Text Processing extension is so broadly used that we can't just simply change it. If at all we'll deprecate the existing extension and fork a new one, which is how we usually do it and which also ensure that old workflows still reproduce the old behavior (unless there is incorrect behavior in which case we just fix it).
