I see regular references in the literature and in the documentation to a bagging meta-node. It does not appear in the Knime Workbench. Where may I find it.

With the integration of Weka toolkit for data mining, you have access to a huge collection of state-of-the-art operators. I assume, you will find a node for this purpose in there; available in KNIME within the category called Weka; after you have performed an update via Help >> Install new Software and select our standard update site.
