We have implemented a three month delay after two unsuccessful attempts at passing certification exams. This is to prevent students from just clicking through the exam multiple times in an attempt to pass, without demonstrating knowledge of the material. This is fairly typical of many certifications exams out there.

Hi Scott, thank you for the clarification but after 2 fail attempt. i have waited for 3mths plus and would like to retake my exam but it appears to be ‘expired’ is there any way i can retake my exam ? Thank you.

3 months after the second failed attempt, you are entitled to take the exam again. To do that, please go to the LearnUpon store and purchase the exam again.
In your case, the L1 examination will be, of course, free of charge.
