Workflow fails "scheduled" but runs via "Execute"

hi hub community,

I have a simple orchester workflow, which should run daily via scheduler.

The scheduler fails permanently.

With the error “Execute failed: 500 An internal error occurred. (Error ID: ‘error_dd2913e5-e3dc-411e-80cf-bbe861e98f9e’)”.

When I run the workflow once via “Execute” or “Run” in the hub (same version - so no difference), it works and runs smoothly.

Can you give me a hint or is there another best practice for a “workflow orchester”?

Hi Tommy. In order to find out what is happening I would recommend opening a Support ticket to us. While you may find general suggestions here, this specific error requires deeper investigation, as the message itself is too generic.
