Workflows won't load on webportal


I’m new to the KNIME server and have spent the last day setting things up but I’m having an issue that I could use some advice on. The server is running on AWS, version 4.8.2. When I use the webportal to try and access a workflow that I’ve deployed to the server with some input and output as a test, it won’t load and just gives me a loading circle, any help would be greatly appreciated,

Is that using one of our Marketplace images, or did you install manually? The WebPortal Admin pages allow to download log files which should shed some light on the situation. If you can’t spot anything obvious, then feel free to send them to me via DM.
