Adding columns from data and assigning values

does your data in any time has JSON structure? If so maybe you can use JSON manipulation nodes to deal with your task. Also there are many forum topics around it. Here is one that might help:

Otherwise you can go unpivoting and then extract number after # with regex followed by pivoting. If you would like to see that approach can you share your data? Dummy works just fine
