automated Matched pairs: Cannot saved teh work flow

Hello, The node automated Matched pairs from Erlwood extensions was working fine and I could save my workflow, but I switched for 5.5.1 and now the workflow cannot be saved after the node has been used.

Any help ? thank you very

which version did you use before? Can you share the workflow? Does it show any error? Which?

Thanks for your super quick reply — it’s greatly appreciated.

I’m currently using version 5.4.2 (or possibly 5.3.3, I can’t remember exactly). Unfortunately, I can’t provide you with an exact screenshot of the workflow because after upgrading to 5.5.0, the part containing the Automated Matched Pairs node was very strangely removed. However, I rebuilt a simple example of what I usually do with this node. Most of the time, I read a CSV or SDF file containing molecules and then run it through Automated Matched Pairs.

Yesterday, I was unable to save the workflow — the application froze and I had to force quit via End Task. The workflow was lost. This morning (after a Microsoft update), when I execute the workflow, it runs fine, I can save it to my workspace (so there’s some progress), but when I reopen the workflow, I get the following error:

Error during load
Reaction: KNIMEStatus: DataLoadError: Automated Matched Pairs 7:433
Status: DataLoadError: Unable to load port content for node “Automated Matched Pairs”: Data cell implementation ‘org.erlwood.knime.utils.network.AdjacencyMatrix’ not found.
Status: DataLoadError: State has changed from EXECUTED to CONFIGURED.

All the nodes are executed exactly as they were when I saved the workflow — except Automated Matched Pairs, which shows the error:

Status: DataLoadError: Automated Matched Pairs 7:433
Status: DataLoadError: Unable to load port content for node “Automated Matched Pairs”: Data cell implementation ‘org.erlwood.knime.utils.network.AdjacencyMatrix’ not found.
Status: DataLoadError: State has changed from EXECUTED to CONFIGURED.

Sorry, you need to attach it with an executed CSV Reader or provide some other dummy data, I cannot reproduce it if I can’t execute the workflow.

Unfortunately, that node seems to not being working for quite some time: Automated Matched Pairs: Cannot init reader after buffer is closed

Yes, indeed, I had seen that post when I encountered this issue, but it was working fine in my case with version 5.4.2 (or possibly 5.3.3). However, as soon as I upgraded to 5.5.1, it still executes, but I can no longer save the node after execution.
