Console doesn't work / doesn't display anything

Hello,

I’ve been using knime for a bit more than 4 years.
Since a few months ago, my console stopped displaying anything.

Of course I checked the preference settings:

Do you have any idea what could cause this?

you can try to reset perspective. Go View --> Reset Perspective... Additionally is there a log file at ...\knime-workspace\.metadata\knime? If yes does it contain any information that might help?

I reset perspective and it doesn’t solve the problem.
...\knime-workspace\.metadata\knime\knime.log has been last modified in August 2021 , which is probably the time my console stopped working.

Do you have any idea how to proceed further?

PS: I think this is also the time I updated from 4.3 to 4.4

Hello @sebversailles,

never came across this issue. Possibly some Eclipse thing and/or something went wrong upon update.

Can you change workspace? You’ll get new log file then and we’ll see if it gets populated and are entries forwarded to console.
