Attached KNIME Workflow & sample template for “Write to Excel Template” node. Please guide me the procedure to do at my end.
If you do not use any pivot table option in excel you would need to create the subtotals in KNIME yourself. Eg with Groupby node and concatenate and sorter node.
For the template I assume you have set the format in the excel file you want to write into?

Hi @rbhanja , unfortunately the sample workflow you posted contains reference to an excel file that is not available to us as it is on your z: drive, so it is difficult to provide any other specific guidance.
Can you either post a copy of the sample input xlsx file (removing/changing anything that is confidential), or else re-execute the workflow and then re-upload it ensuring that the “Reset” option is not ticked.
Also when you say it is “not working correctly”, will it be obvious to us what is not correct about it? Maybe a brief description of what is wrong would also be a good guide to help us help you.
I often get errors when attempting to overwrite an existing file that is based on a different template file. I believe that the template and new overwrite file need to match in structure for it to work. I can’t check your workflow specifically, but that is the most common error I come across.
