insert the conditions in Conditional Label Assigner

Hi,

I’m trying to insert the probability for different conditions in the node but when pressing Apply and ok only the first column is saved and the rest goes back to 1.0 default… does anyone knows how to fix this?

Thanks

Hello @Sarai13,

just tried it out and can’t get that other columns to go back to default. Can you maybe share workflow example and make a list of steps you do in order to get probabilities reset?

Also what KNIME version are you using?

Ivan

Hello @ipazin

Sure, I have shared the file. In the file reader I’m inserting the new column (.csv) I want to add the conditions to. I then use Joiner node to merge both files with an inner join (“ID”) and then a column resort to put the column I want to condition (modularity class) as a first column (otherwise when choosing the dependency column it only shows 2 columns instead of the 22)…

E_modularity.xlsx (17.6 KB)

Hello @Sarai13,

tnx for the file but still can’t seem to have same behavior as you do. Can you share workflow example? See here on how to do that:

Hello @ipazin,

Please find attached the workflow,

Thanks for you help!

ONA dataset.knwf (170.8 KB)

Hello @Sarai13,

but I can still not run the workflow as it contains many paths to your local system… Either use relative workflow paths and place you data within workflow folder either don’t reset workflow upon exporting it.

Hello @ipazin,

Yes apologies, I have exported the workflow without resetting now. I’m also sharing the 2 first files to insert on the WF if needed.

ONA dataset2.knwf (2.1 MB)
NOMBRES.xlsx (232.6 KB)
APELLIDOS.xlsx (615.5 KB)

Many thanks,

Hello @Sarai13,

I see now. Tnx for files. Seems like this is something to address. Have created a ticket (Internal reference: AP-15561) and someone will update topic as there is progress with it.
