K-AI not available error message

Hi there,

I have the same issue as this thread- K-AI not available error message

I have updated to the latest version and attempted all the actions include reconnecting myhub but K-AI is still unavailable - how can I make it work?
Is that anything to do with the IT Policy setting?

Maybe you need to install K-AI assistant.
