KNIME Can’t Load Any of the Saved Workspaces After Latest Update

Hello everyone,

I know this problem is almost the same as “KNIME can’t find workspace…” topic however, it doesn’t seem solved. I have two workspaces, and KNIME can indeed locate and “open” them but when I hit open, it doesn’t load the workflow or anything like it used to do.

Are you able to share the logs when this occurs? (Is this consistently happening on startup?)

Dear @thor_landstrom, no there is no log, notification or whatsoever to display the error. Yes, it consistently happens on startups.

When you say it doesn’t open the workflow do you mean workspace? What version of KAP was the upgrade from/to? How did you do the update, i.e. when prompted by your current KAP or with a totally new installation? Did you install new extensions as well? Have you tried resetting the workspace location?
