Would it be possible to share the knime.log file for its review? If so, please set the log level to DEBUG in the local Analytics Platform (under File->Preferences → KNIME) then reproduce this issue and collect the knime.log file (it is located by default here: <user’s workspce>.metadata\knime folder)
If you would not share the log file here in the Forum then please open a support ticket by sending an email to support@knime.com. Please include the link of this thread and the knime.log file into the raised ticket.
no need to open a support ticket. I was finally able to reproduce this issue. If you select the Remember my decision in the Link Update pop up windows then these two processes try to run simultaneously and froze the AP.
We opened a development ticket for the further analyses (its internal number is AP-24087, please note this is subject of change).
Until this behavior is not optimized you can try not selecting the “Remember my decision” in the "Link Update "pop up window.
