@Bjoern_H welcome to the KNIME forum. Do you have an Apple Silicon machine (M1, M2) by any chance:

@eddy0620 could you try and install the “wrong” version of knime 4.7 the one for Mac with Intel processors and run that thru Rosetta which should work but somewhat slower? And see if you can install the extension then? I also have some problems with extensions (namely Parquet and big data formats, AP-19894) and wonder if they might be related.
