Missing shared library when running in Debian Server (headless) Minimal

I am in the exact same situation as this user here: Knime Analytics Platform on headless Machine

I installed the required package but still the same error -

sudo apt-get install libsm6:i386

I request help in resolving this issue of running Knime in a headless server (Debian minimal).

Thank you @mwiegand but I am using Linux (Debian), not Windows or MacOS. Is there a guide on this for Debian/Ubuntu?

The guidance for MacOS should come very close to Linux. I used Knime on all systems and only windows does things significantly “differently”.
