Precision Recall Curve and AUC

Hi Everyone,

I have been searching and I can’t seem to find what I’m looking for. Is there any ability to plot a precision recall curve as well as it’s AUC value? Similar to the capability for ROC? If not has anyone else build up a group of nodes which has done this?

OK, there is the Binary Classification Inspector that would give you an idea about the model. Binary Classification Inspector Example I created two Meta nodes for binary and regression models that would run a certain set of parameters and create some graphics (you would need some R packages). Input would just be a solution column with the truth either as 0/1 string or the number and a “submission” which is the score from 0-1. You would need some adaptions and you could build such a curve.

I might extract the meta node and integrate it into an easier to understand example.
