Welcome to the Forum!
After a quick search on the forum, I found a similar issue here. Can you confirm if you are using KNIME 5.2.x .
The Preference page should’ve shown that the knimeenv environment is not compatible. I suggest either use the bundled environment (the bundled Python environment comes with these packages ) or create an environment which has all the required packages according to this page . Hope this helps.
