I would like to deal with medical data, specially with sensors that measure muscular activation continously. I would like to know if KNIME provides any nodes that can be used for real-time data analysis, in order to make real-time deicions.

I guess it really depends on how you can access your data and what you want to do with it.
For example, you could use the Kafka integration to read the data if your system supports such technology. The nodes are easily configurable to get to your Kafka server and access the messages.
What was asked in a previous thread but is still not possible is the automatic refresh of pages. It is however possible to manually trigger refresh via the Refresh Button Widget node and play around with loops.
