If I try to submit the form on Download | KNIME then the browser button spins forever and never proceeds
I see this has been reported previously (e.g. Unable to download knimei ) , but no solution - have tried over several weeks on several devices, always with same result.
Hi @s.roughley , what browser are you using. I can currently get to the downloads without issue, and have done so several times recently. I only tick the “I have read and accept…” box and don’t fill anything else in though. I wonder if that makes a difference. Do you fill in the whole form?
I also only tick the ‘I have read..’ box - I was using firefox on W10, W11 and Ubuntu. I just installed Chromium on Ubuntu, and it works without a problem, so looks like something firefox related?
We’ve definitely seen Firefox be a culprit recently with respect to downloads. Another (separate) problem is that sometimes companies will block access to scripts on the page, causing the same spinning icon.
We’re working on solutions for both! Sorry for the trouble.
