The same thing happened to me, and in the end, I reinstalled KNIME and now it works fine.

Hi,

May be let me reinstall it and check again. but assume that if still issue persists what other areas we need to check and verify…

Hi @gokarana_1977 -

Can you check this thread to see if either of the suggestions works for you?

I get similar error when trying to update 4.7.3

Hi @siegerw and welcome to the forum.

Did you try either of the suggestions in the linked thread above? Sometimes changing the https:// to http:// is sufficient, but if you are on a tightly locked down corporate machine you might have to update the certificates.

(Also make sure you are not on a corporate VPN, if possible.)

Thanks for the reply and welcome. Yes did try changing to http:// and also reinstalled software. No bueno. Not on VPN but am on locked down corporate computer. Is there a thread on how to update certificates.
Thanks

The video linked in the other thread walks through the process of updating certs step by step. You might have to get help from your corporate IT though - the more locked down your machine, the more likely that is of course.

Corporate IT issue for me. Able to connect and update extensions from my home network
